VMG Sail Shades is headquartered, and all manufacturing is done in Newport Beach, California. We have been in the custom sail shade business for 5 years and also bring the experience of many prior years of computer assisted sail design from our high tech racing sails for sailboats to our VMG Sail Shades. We design, develop and install custom sail shades and tensile membrane stuctures for a variety of clients. Including architects, builders, commercial developments, restaurants, resorts, public projects and residential applications. Our company is dedicated to providing you with a quality made product that will last for many years. All of our sail shades are made from high density UV stabilized polyethylene. This cloth is guaranteed not to fade, rot, sag or mildew for 10 years due to UV stabilization. Furthermore, we use the same threads designed for high UV exposure and superior strength, that we use in the construction of our high tech racing sails. Lastly, we strive to provide our customers with the utmost in customer service, product quality and order accuracy. Quality, care and craftsmanship go into every shade product we deliver. |
